We aim to offer our customers a complete peace of mind service for the collection and recycling of used cooking oils.

Based on feedback from our customers, we have established a set of 10 commitments relating to our services to you and our responsibilities to the community, our staff and the environment.

1. We will listen to you and continuously improve,
2. We will deliver new oil collection technology systems to make it safer and easier for you to use,
3. All team members will introduce themselves before entering your premises,
4. We will greet you in a courteous and friendly manner,
5. Our team members and our equipment will be well presented,
6. Our team members are trained and equipped in order to reduce the risk of injury to themselves, the community and the environment,
7. We will tell you the amount of oil we collect and its quality,
8. You should feel totally at ease whenever one of our team members enters your premises,
9. Any information shared with us will be treated confidentially, and
10. We warrant that oil will only be recycled into lawful and legitimate uses and that close to 95 per cent of your oil will be recycled.
